|Sunday||Garlic & Herb - Coat fish with loads of fresh garlic and finely chopped fresh summer herbs like parsley, dill, basil or thyme. Grill or bake.|
|Monday||Mexican - Grill fish and top with fresh cilantro, lime wedges and Pack Thick and Chunky Salsa.|
|Tuesday||Italian - Grill fish and top with fresh Bruschetta mix (chopped tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil and even sliced and pitted black olives).|
|Wednesday||Au Gratin - Coat fish with breadcrumb and Parmesan cheese mixture. Grill until lightly browned.|
|Thursday||Marinated - Marinate fish in Italian salad dressing for 30 minutes before grilling. Alternatively, marinate with sweet and spicy chili sauce.|
|Friday||Blackened - Dust fish with Cajun spice or specialty blackening spice and grill.|
|Saturday||Oriental Splash - Marinate fish for 5 minutes in a mixture of 1 cup lime juice, 1 cup soya sauce and 1 teaspoon steak spice. Grill or bake.|
